Lou works in the church office as administrative assistant to Bob and Carolyn. She oversees the food pantry ministry and sings on the worship team. She graduated from Pasadena Nazarene College with a BA in English literature. She has been in the ministry with her husband Dick since 1973, traveling around the world. They spent 3-1/2 years as missionaries in Mexico, where Dick still has ongoing itinerant ministry and oversees a church in Mexico City. She served on the Advisory Council board at another church for five years. She has been heavily involved in worship ministries and women's ministries at several large churches for many years.
