Jim and Julie Pielemeier

Jim trains and empowers in marketplace ministry, while Julie oversees the dance and flag worship at TACF. Jim and Julie were born again in the early 1970s, married in 1974, and have three children, Joshua, Joel, and Jasmine. They attended Victory Foursquare in Marysville, Washington for 12 years before moving to Tucson in 2006. Jim and Julie attended Ecclesia Bible College. Julie earned a BA in English and French with a minor in dance. They have served the church as lay pastors in several ministry areas including youth, young adults, and children’s ministry. They have taught Sunday school and Bible college classes. Jim has served as elder and deacon, while both he and Julie served on the church council of Victory for four years. Julie also has been involved in intercessory prayer since 1980 and led the prophetic roundtable at Victory. Julie began to dance for the Lord in the late 1970’s. In 1994, God called her to pioneer dance in worship at Victory Foursquare. Soon after this, Jim and Julie were asked to begin a new ministry called “More Ways to Praise” which integrated the arts, dance, mime, drama, and multi-media into worship and church outreaches. In 2001 Julie experienced an awesome, electrifying touch of God at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. It was also in 2001 that Jim felt impressed of the Lord to start a ministry of establishing and supporting orphanages in third world countries. Although there were no funds at the time for such a venture, Jim, encouraged by the pastor to step out in faith, established “Legacies of Life” and together with his partner in India have now set up four children’s homes and support sixty orphaned children.
