Bob and Carolyn established TACF in 2002. They are the senior pastors and carry the apostolic vision of the church. Carolyn is also the youth pastor at TACF. Prior to coming to Tucson in May of 2001, Bob and Carolyn served as missionaries in Haiti, and as youth and missions pastors in Florida. During the last several years, they have made numerous short-term ministry outreaches to Belize, Brazil, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Israel, Mexico, Mozambique, Romania, Ukraine and Venezuela. During 1994, while on a stateside trip from Haiti, they were touched powerfully by the Holy Spirit in meetings at the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship and then again in Jan. 1995 in meetings with Randy Clark in Melbourne, Florida. Since that time, they have desired nothing less than to be filled with His presence, and allow His love and power to flow through them to change and heal the lives of others.
In January of 2002, the Lord prompted them to establish a church in Tucson that would center on intimacy with the Lord, and in moving in the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit. They have a heart for the poor and hurting, and believe that God is wanting His people to carry His love and power beyond the four walls of our church buildings to those in need. Their desire is to see each and every member equipped for ministry and empowered by the Holy Spirit to be used by God in establishing His Kingdom in Tucson and beyond. Bob and Carolyn have been trained in healing and deliverance ministry through Global Awakening Ministries and the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. Additionally, they have training from Christian International Ministries in prophetic ministry and in the Restoring the Foundations Ministry (RTF). They both are ordained ministers, Bob has a BS and MA Theology, and Carolyn an AS degree.
