Children's Ministry

Ministering to children is a special joy and privilege! At TACF our desire is to raise up a generation that knows and loves God intimately. We strive to create an environment where knowing about God is replaced by knowing God and His great love for us on a deep, personal level.

Therefore, our mission every time we meet with the children is to:

§   Reveal and demonstrate the Father’s love for His children (Sons and Daughters); and,

§   Help deepen their personal relationship with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Out of this relationship, this ‘knowing God,’ will come:

§  A generation filled with the love of God;

§  A generation filled with the Spirit of God; and,

§  A generation eager to engage their neighborhood, city, country, and the world with the truth and power of the Kingdom of God.

Love leads to knowing, knowing leads to relationship, relationship leads to engagement, and engagement results in:

§  Salvations,

§  Healings,

§  Deliverances,

§  Miracles,

§  Signs, and

§  Wonders (Mark 16: 15,16)

Such that the “earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” (Habakkuk 2:14) Hallelujah!!

TACF’s children’s ministry is divided into three areas of ministry based upon the children’s academic school ages.

Nursery

Our nursery ministers to babies and young children up to 3 years old. While we encourage families to enjoy our worship time together in the sanctuary, nursery attendants are available at anytime during the service to serve in the nursery.

Preschool

The Preschool class serves children in kindergarten and pre-kindergarten. Generally, these are children four to five years old, who have graduated from nursery, and have not yet begun first grade.

Elementary

Elementary students generally include those from first-grade to fifth-grade. Elementary students remain in the sanctuary for our time of corporate worship. They are released to their class after the offering.
