Girlfriends of Destiny is filling the scriptural mandate for spiritual motherhood in which mature ladies mentor the hungry younger women. We meet in a safe place where we keep confidences and extend grace and love to one another. As we praise and worship the Lord together and minister to one another we find that we, too, are each richly blessed.
We are collectively lacing up our spiritual combat boots to equip ourselves for battle. We may be the “weaker” gender (yes, we do love being girls) but indeed we are becoming a mighty force with which to reckon in the spirit!
God has raised me up through years of experience as a wife and mother, teacher and owner of private colleges, interior designer, executive in the cosmetic industry and student of the Bible to serve women in the Body of Christ as women’s ministry leader. Walking with the Lord through years of valleys and mountaintops God has given me a compassion for the special needs of women. It is my heart’s desire to lead women of all ages to experience their destinies in Christ.
I cordially encourage all you ladies to join us. We need your input, suggestions, portion, and participation. In turn women’s ministry will indeed add so much to your life! Join us; you will be loved!
