Commitment to the Land
January 21, 2010
by Bob Sawvelle

Arizona is a wonderful state full of natural beauty, natural resources, and great people. I’m very thankful that God “assigned” my family and me here to live and minister several years ago. The truth is, we all have been “assigned” someplace, whether it is here in Arizona or some where else on earth. God’s desire is that we would take ownership of the land that we have been assigned to.
Transitioning to Your Future
October 15, 2009
by Bob Sawvelle

Every prophetic promise brings some type of transition. Learning how to adjust to the transitions and permitting change to the structures in our lives are essential to transitioning to our future.
Your Seed Shall be Prosperous!
May 21, 2009
by Bob Sawvelle

Recently, I’ve been teaching on prayer; which happens to be one of my favorite topics. Why? Well, it’s in prayer that we fellowship and commune with God, build our relationship with Him, begin to see things from His perspective, receive revelation, bring our petitions before Him and decree Heaven’s purposes here on earth.
2009: Year of the Open Door!
January 15, 2009
by Bob Sawvelle

As 2008 began to wind down, the Lord began to speak to me that “2009 is the Year of the Open Door.” At first glance this may seem like the exact opposite of what you are currently experiencing or believe you may experience in this New Year. Our natural sight and understanding tends to focus on that which is seen, yet it’s with our “eyes of faith” that we can see the eternal realm that is more real than the natural world in which we live.
We're Not Going Under, We're Going Over!
November 30, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

We had an amazing worship service the other day. God’s presence was strong, and there was wonderful prophetic flow in the worship and dance ministry. When we have services like that, it’s hard to transition from the worship!
2008 Election: What's Ahead for America?
November 8, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

During the presidential election process, it seemed that many “righteous issues” were being overlooked, primarily due to the crisis in the financial markets. Issues such as abortion, stem cell research, gay marriage, character concerns, and leadership qualifications were ignored, replaced by the economy and the war in Iraq.
Faith in the Midst of Uncertainty
October 10, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

As most of you are aware, America, and much of the world, is experiencing a major financial crisis. The news this week from around the world continues to amplify the depth of the financial situation the world faces. So what does all of this mean for the people of God?
Reason to Praise!
September 8, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

As a nation, we have reason to praise and celebrate God’s goodness. It was just days ago that meteorologists were predicting that hurricane Gustav would strike the US as a category 4 storm with destructive winds, storm surge, and torrential rain. Then, suddenly, Sunday night, the meteorologists were “surprised”...
Get Your Garment On!!
July 24, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

I was awakened last night with a Rick Pino song going through me, “Put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness… the oil of joy for sorrow…” a song taken from Isaiah 61:3. I looked at the clock and it was 3:20am, I heard the Lord say “Ephesians 3:20.”
Keep Your Eyes on Jesus!
July 2, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

I want to encourage you to “keep your eyes on Jesus” – the times require it! Isaiah 26:3 says that “You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You.” (Amp) Our ability to keep our focus & trust in God during difficult times will determine whether we walk in His peace, or allow worry and fear to dominate our thinking.
Child-like Faith
June 1, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

Have you ever noticed that almost every child thinks he or she is an artist at age five? Young boys are convinced they will be the next major league all-star player, and nearly every little girl thinks she is a princess soon to be a queen! It is this “child-like faith” operating in their lives that has them convinced that all things in life are possible. In like manner, Jesus told us that if we are to receive from Him, we must come to Him as a little child. Little children usually don’t question or doubt, they take people and God at their word.
R E V I V A L: Get Ready, It's Coming!!
May 14, 2008
by Randy Clark

I have spent more than 10 years taking teams overseas to minister healing. During these overseas trips I have been casting vision for a divine visitation in the Untied States for healing. I believe the time of such a visitation has come. I have just returned from Lakeland, FL where I witnessed a healing outpouring through Todd Bentley. What I saw convinces me that the season has come for another Healing Revival.
Season of Restoration
May 1, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

I love the spring season, especially in the desert. Flowers and cactus are blooming, mesquite and other trees have new leaves, the birds are singing, and the fragrance of the desert in spring is awesome. It all speaks to me of new beginnings and restoration. God controls the natural seasons and He is the one who brings new beginnings into our lives. For some of you reading this, God wants to bring you into a season of new beginnings and restoration.
Conflict is my Friend!
April 1, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

Recently I was having lunch with my wife, one of my daughters, and a friend. While discussing the virtues of healthy eating, we began to discuss how difficult it can be to confront others when there are issues to be resolved. A great lunch time subject!
Developing Unity
February 21, 2008
by Bob Sawvelle

I shared last month that developing unity with others is essential for the success and health of any family, business, church or organization. We cannot walk together in a common vision or purpose without some measure of agreement and unity. Unity is not automatic; it is something to work toward in our relationships. In the book of Ephesians 4:3, Paul told the people to be “endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”
Unity is Essential

I love taking vacations with my family. Some of the best memories we have as a family are from those special times when we are able to unwind and be together. Family vacations are a perfect setting for everyone to have fun and quality time with each other. I have discovered that there’s just one hitch: everyone needs to be in agreement with the what, where, when, and how of the vacation!
Honor Releases Life

Most of us don’t like the word “authority.” Even good authority can cause us to react in the strangest ways. Have you ever been speeding along the highway, only to find yourself suddenly slowing down when you see a policeman approaching?
The Father's Love
November 1, 2007
by Bob Sawvelle

Several years ago, I was traveling with my wife and youngest daughter. We were in the airport, just enjoying each other’s company and having fun before our flight. I can still see my daughter as she lovingly reached her hands and heart out to me wanting another hug. While enjoying this moment, the silence was broken by a family sitting next to us.
We're Going Shopping!
October 1, 2007
by Bob Sawvelle

Just say the phrase “we’re going shopping” and this will release different emotions in each listener. For some, its pure joy and excitement, for others it’s dread! Some folks just love to shop, even spending hours just “window shopping,” walking through malls and stores. For others, shopping is a necessary task that is simply endured!
Surprised by His Love
September 1, 2007
by Bob Sawvelle

Have you ever noticed that there is something “infectious” about a group of teenagers? Their enthusiasm and zeal tend to influence everyone around them, young and old alike. If you were in any of the Tucson malls this summer, no doubt you witnessed this phenomenon first hand!
A Miracle Heart

by Bob Sawvelle

“I’ve heard about God parting the Red Sea, I’ve heard that Christ was resurrected from the dead, I’ve heard about miracle healings in the Bible, but where are the miracles today?”
God at a Gas Pump!
July 1, 2007
by Bob Sawvelle

Don’t you love the price of gasoline? If you’re like me, one of your least favorite weekly tasks is to stop and refill the gas tank. Between my busy schedule and the price per gallon, it tends to be an activity to be endured, not enjoyed. A few weeks ago I was headed to the airport to pick someone up and realized that the gas tank was on “E.”
Heaven's Agreement

Recently I was ministering to a large crowd of people in India, and I shared the story of Jesus and the centurion. We had seen many healed of various conditions and diseases, but many of the people present had friends and family members who needed healing but were unable to attend.
Strength When Weak
May 1, 2007
by Bob Sawvelle

It was a hot evening meeting, and there was a large crowd in attendance that night. I was exhausted and I didn’t have much compassion left – I just wanted to get to the hotel and rest. Suddenly, a young woman approached my translator and me, limping with her right leg. She was believing God for a miracle.
Miracle Kidneys
April 1, 2007
by Bob Sawvelle

“Oh, by the way, I went to the doctor after you prayed for my kidneys and he was amazed.” He asked, “What kind of treatment did you receive for your kidneys?” She said, “None, I had the people at the church pray for me.” He said, “Well, it is a miracle, both of your kidneys are functioning 100%!”
The Power of Blessing

You see, what Jabez really wanted was to hear something like, “I love you and I am proud of you, you’re going to do just great in life!”
Healing the Broken Heart
February 1, 2007
by Bob Sawvelle

Here is the good news; Jesus Christ came to heal the brokenhearted. A myth is that time is a healer. Time only hides the hurts and wounds in our lives. The truth is that only through Christ can we experience true freedom and healing.
"When the enemy comes in like a flood," the Bible promises...
January 12, 2007
by Dick Joyce

“In my ninety-two years,” she said, “I’ve never seen the world in such turmoil.” This comes from a woman who personally remembers two world wars, the Korean crisis and the Viet Nam struggle. She well remembers the decades-long cold war with the Soviet Union. She watched as Hitler tramped across Europe and threatened the very survival of the free world.
When We Strive, God Waits. When We Rest, God Acts

Restlessness is the feeling that there is something more that I have to do or put in order to feel valued.
